Do you have a good handle on planning and designing on your own, but still want to sit back and enjoy your wedding day? Then this service is perfect for you! We ensure that the event is pulled off seamlessly in real time. Below are our different packages and if you have any questions, please reach out!
Package 1
- 2 virtual meetings with me (1st one 6 months out and 2nd one 1 month out)
- Wedding planning checklist and timeline
- Unique event timeline created to meet your needs
- Day of liaising with vendors
- Day of production: running the day, managing wedding party, day of problem solver
- Unlimited emails to answer any questions
- 1 hour the night before to coordinate and practice the ceremony
- 8 hours day of
(set-up and tear down are not included in this package)

Package 2
- 3 virtual meetings with me (1st one 1 year out, 2nd one 6 months out, and 3rd one 1 month out)
- Wedding planning checklist and timeline
- Unique event timeline created to meet your needs
- Month of vendor communication
- Day of liaising with vendors
- Day of production: running the day, managing wedding party, day of problem solver, set-up and tear down (if within alloted time)
- Unlimited emails to answer any questions
- 1 hour the night before to coordinate and practice the ceremony
- 10 hours day of

Package 3
- Quarterly zoom meetings with the option of in person for 1 of the four meetings.
- Wedding planning checklist and timeline
- Unique event timeline created to meet your need
- Month of vendor communication
- Day of liaising with vendors
- Day of production: running the day, managing wedding party, day of problem solver, set-up and tear down
- Available for 4 hours the day/night before for any help you may need with the rehearsal dinner, organizing for the big day, or anything else you can think of!
- Will coordinate and walk-throuogh the ceremony procedures with everyone who is included
- Unlimited emails to answer any questions
- 12+ hours day of
